Cards Handed Out to Sunrise Senior Living Facility in Old Tappan!

In early August, we had the wonderful opportunity to visit Sunrise Care in Old Tappan and share cards with the senior community there. We spent time creating colorful, thoughtful cards filled with uplifting messages, cheerful artwork, and words of encouragement. But the best part wasn’t just making them—it was getting to hand them out in person.

As we walked around delivering the cards, we had so much fun seeing the residents’ faces light up with surprise and happiness. Many of them paused to read the messages right away, while others shared stories, smiles, and kind words with us. It was such a joyful experience to connect in this small but meaningful way, and it reminded us how powerful simple acts of kindness can be.

Every exchange felt special. Some residents laughed with us, others gave hugs, and many thanked us for taking the time to brighten their day. For us, it was a reminder that giving is just as rewarding as receiving, and we left with our hearts full after such a positive experience.
